ESTONIA

ERSEN - Tallinn - published 2000-2001

These editions recycle the U.S. artwork from the digest paperbacks, but have changed the covers by utilizing a very elegant layout. Each cover has a different color scheme. The subtitle of the series is "Teismeline detektiv toob toe päevavalgele" which translates to "The teenager detective brings the truth to light."

The first six titles were produced in hardback, and then the publisher changed to a slightly smaller paperback format.

Although Lithuania and Estonia have produced editions of the Nancy Drew stories, the remaining Baltic nation of Latvia has not - perhaps they will follow suit soon.

Numbers 1-6: Digest size hardback, glossy finish: 8 1/8" x 5 1/4" Volume # at top of spine, N and D vertically arranged, Carolyn Keene, title and Ersen.

Numbers 7+: Mass Market size paperback: 6 3/4" x 4 1/4" spine has same layout as hardbacks
